Born from Australian farms, growing up in Indian mill, Atukal® was born with a thought of providing world- class knitwear to consumers. We take pride in producing all our pieces from natural and sustainable materials (wool, cotton, silk etc.) only. The name “Atukal®” is derived from ‘sheep’ in Tamil (oldest known language to mankind) as an anamnesis of Indian culture.

‘Wool’, the oldest known fibre has a rich history of solving all clothing needs of mankind since ages.
We censure fast fashion and use of synthetic materials (polyester, acrylic, nylon etc.) which are ruining our home Earth. In this revolution against fake fibres, we are trying our best to replace fast fashion by slow quality fashion one piece by one piece.
