Atukal unequivocally asserts that it neither solicits nor dispatches any form of communication via e-mail, WhatsApp messages, or telephone calls, seeking financial transactions from customers in exchange for prizes. The company categorically disclaims any involvement in such schemes. Should you receive an email purporting to be from Atukal, demanding monetary transactions for a prize scheme, we strongly advise against responding. Atukal does not mandate any payments to specific bank accounts or individuals. Customers are urged to exercise caution, refrain from engaging with such messages or calls, and abstain from divulging confidential information such as bank account and credit card details. Atukal, including its affiliated brands, shall not be held accountable for any losses incurred due to the actions of scammers. Remain vigilant!

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • We offer a 30-days return and exchange policy for all clothing products, including Polo T-Shirts. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that are torn, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Customers must provide unboxing images to support their return or exchange request. This helps us verify the condition of the product and ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, account details will be required for refund initiation. In the case of prepaid orders via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-12 working days.
  • Failure to receive the ordered shipment within 15 days of order placement entitles the customer to claim a refund (the paid order amount).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Atukal is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We do not facilitate cancellations for products once they have been placed. However, customers can make additions to their current order or exchange the product for an item of equivalent value until it is under pending pickup.
